Blytheville High School FFA HistoryThe Blytheville High School FFA Chapter was chartered in 1928 - 29. This is also the same year that the National Organization was chartered. In 1926, C. T. Kramer began teaching vocational classes in the Blytheville school system under the Smith-Hughes Act. Our chapter number in Arkansas is twenty-seven (27).
